(Under Construction) – A 14 acre site is planned for a new 90,000 S.F. of research and development/office space. Currently in the planning stages, the site design, drainage and landscaping all reflect current sustainable design practices. Rain gardens, meadows and native plants provide habitat and promote biodiversity and promote water conservation. The storm water design on this site incorporates numerous best management practices, including a large rain garden and extensive meadows of native shrubs, grasses and perennial wildflowers.
