Description
This urban in-fill project, currently under construction in the Borough of West Chester, is the first project in the office to achieve a LEED silver rating. Native plants, pervious pavers, vegetated swales and planter/benches constructed of re-cycled materials all contribute to LEED requirements. The 6 story, 123,000 square foot office building should be complete in the late fall of 2010.
