Description
When Westminster was given 10 acres of former farmland almost 20 years ago, the dream for a new facility was born. An overall site and landscape master plan was prepared and detailed plans for a Memorial Garden, Play ground, and interior courtyard were developed. Native trees and shrubs along with other hardy plant material provide seasonal color and interest. Since the first phase of construction, two other major construction additions to the site have been completed.
