Radwyn Apartments, owned by the Kaiserman Company, is located on a beautiful, wooded 40 acre property with over 450 apartments. AFWCo is responsible for the design, development and phased installation of the overall landscape master plan. The concept of the master plan centers around new, low maintenance sustainable design solutions for site landscaping, site amenities and upgrades to the individual buildings. New signage, graphics, color palettes for building details, fencing, lighting and bus shelters have been installed. Exterior upgrades to buildings include new roofing, decks, railings and steps; all conceived to create maximum visual impact and community unification within established budgets. The swimming pool and deck area have been upgraded with creative solutions for new plaster, paving, site furniture, fencing and landscaping. New site amenities for residents include community gardens, dog parks, grilling stations and wildflower meadows.
