Description
The Rittenhouse Claridge, owned by the Kaiserman Company, is a 26 story luxury apartment building located directly across from historic Rittenhouse Park in Center City Philadelphia. AFWCo is responsible for both interior and exterior landscaping improvements for the building. Re-design for the new lobby, roof garden and second-floor amenities space included selection of appropriate materials, containers and plants designed to enhance the spaces. Re-design for the exterior included materials selections, planting, lighting, street trees and container design.
