Description
An urban in-fill project, completed in 2006, located in the Borough of West Chester that replaced a run-down parking lot and pizza shop with a new 3 story, 18,000 S.F. office building and parking lot. New brick sidewalks, street trees in tree grates, brick retaining wall, steps, iron fencing, antique light poles and fixtures and building landscaping were part of the scope of work for the site.
